If the disk image downloaded and opened the first time, it is unlikely that that re-downloading is going to change anything. That goes for just about all OS X software these days.

Please respond with a specific site that fails

Running the release build of 2.1.2 that I just downloaded from our website, After successfully pasting content from several sites I found some content that does indeed crash. Working on a fix now.

next release, patience

Printing 'bluriness' was a result of our printing with the same resolution images we used for display output, not print output resolution. It is definitely fixed in the next release, please be patient.

Do you find the unacceptable output too blurry, too pixelly, or not at the proper baseline offet? The bluriness of some printed bitmap images is something I'm attempting to fix right now, so my apologies!

My apologies. Fixed for next release.

I just fixed this in our internal build. Sorry for this inconvenience!

Workaround: Saving and re-opening should make it notice that the page size has changed and the footnotes will lay in the right place.

progress report, rtf vs rtfd

First, I apologize for not fixing the printing problem by now. No excuses, other than having a long list of todos! When it is fixed, the release notes will definitely mention it. As for preserving your image data exactly as it was pasted when saving as RTF, we can't really guarantee this except when...

Adjust superscript height: Format -> Baseline -> Raise / Lower Re: text behind footnotes, if you see stuff like this then use the built-in feedback system to send the document please. If you are using ENDNOTES (per section or per page) then this has been fixed already. The inability to apply formatt...

Clarifications

There is no screenshot file. Pressing control-command-shift-4 in OS X creates an image on the clipboard. Our feedback system reads whatever image is in the clipboard (and notifies you if there is none and you had checked the "send image" box). If you have any difficulties sending feedback,...
